How to change name on facebook using mobile app
- At the top right side of facebook app, tap on three-lined icon
- Scroll down, locate and tap on Settings & Privacy.
- Now, tap on the Settings option.
- Locate and tap on Personal and Account Information.
- Tap on the Name option.
- Now, type the name that you want to change and tap on the Review Change button.
- You will be asked to enter your facebook password and after that tap on Save Changes.
How to change name on facebook using Desktop/ Laptop
- Login to your facebook account on web browser on your laptop or desktop.
- Click on the arrow icon on top right side and then click on Settings & Privacy.
- After that click on Settings.
- On the right side of name option, click on Edit.
- Now type the new name for your facebook profile and click on Review Change button.
- Enter your password to confirm and finally click on Save Changes.
Kindly note that you can change your name once in 60 days.
